19 June 2017 - 20 June 2017

October 2016 - June 2017

The Wessex Group has developed a major new programme of training aimed at recently qualified teachers (RTQs). This is due to be piloted in 2016-17.   The primary focus is on equipping well-trained though inexperienced new teachers with the capacity to further develop, practice and master their teaching and learning management skills.

The programme will be made up of 4 CORE events and 3 OPTIONAL sessions, the latter offering opportunities for the development of advanced skills and/or learning about innovative practice in teaching.   The whole package has been designed and will be delivered by The Wessex Training For Teachers (WTT) Group which has developed out of the planned Teacher Training Partnership.
